Shipping

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after sale has been placed. Orders will take 2-3 days to process and will ship out due to the delivery option chosen. Pre-Orders will take 2-3 weeks to be processed and delivered depending on product. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Orders are shipped UPS Ground and signature is required. Orders can also be shipped USPS as well.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods.

Please note OBI DOMIENO does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

OBI DOMIENO is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.

Returns

Our return policy is 14 Days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, you should mail your item back to the address on the label it came from.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at obidomieno@gmail.com and send your item to the address on the label it came from.
